Brian Conolly co-founded Lake Technology Ltd in 1991, driving the company from its original two man operation to a public listing on the ASX. During the nine years that he was leading Lake Technology, he managed company strategy and growth, research and development, international sales, capital raising, grants, and it's number one asset, its intellectual property. Lake successfully commercialised unique Australian audio technology into consumer electronics, and is now in the process of being acquired by Dolby Laboratories.
